The space This 2 Bed 2 Bath apartment with king bed is located in the heart of Johnson City's recently revitalized downtown area. Cozy up on the couch and enjoy the Smart TV with its many entertainment options or explore the surrounding area. Right outside your space are some of regions best places to eat and play! We stock the space with little extras and everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience. Our goal is to provide everything our guests need to feel right at home! Bathrooms are stocked with towels and hygiene products. The kitchen is stocked with everything one needs to cook a meal! There is a Laundry room with a washer and dryer. The hardwoods and the exposed brick create a unique experience when matched with the modern boho vibe. This space has been intentionally furnished and stocked with our guest's pleasure in mind. This is a spacious 2 bed 2 bath loft with a king bed, a bunk bed consisting of a full bed and a twin bed, a day bed, a futon, and a queen air mattress is available upon request Guest access PARKING TIPS: The Downtown Parking Square is a free parking lot next to our place. Guests are usually able to find a spot from morning till late afternoon, but right across W. St of Franklin Rd is a big lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment does not come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve. Our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots. The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city. This loft is right above the Downtown Square Parking lot where there is free parking, but don't wait until too late, it can fill up.
