This space can be used as a one bedroom with  two living rooms, 1.5 baths and basement or a two bedroom, living room, 1.5 baths and basement. First floor features a kitchen, dining and living room, second floor bedroom offers  a queen sized bed and full bathroom. Trundle bed with a full and twin size mattress located on the third floor, 50" flat screen Tv and desk. (Please note: must walk thru second floor bedroom to access third floor.) Lower level features a half bath, desk and additional seating area. On-site rental parking and coin-op laundry. Guest access Entire unit, coin-op laundry. Common outdoor space. Other things to note After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules. Parking is available in the private lot right behind the building. The cost of parking is $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
