The space The space has a nice deck out back as well as a small gated back yard. Enjoy your time inside and out in this lovely rental Guest access You will have access to the entire house as well as the back and front yard and the covered carport for parking. Other things to note Just a heads up, This is an old house and while we do have 2 bathrooms (1 up, and 1 down), we only have 1 shower. The upstairs bathroom has an old claw foot tub. If you plan to have 6-8 adults at the house keep in mind you will have to all share the use of 1 shower :)
