The CHARMING FIRST FLOOR, just above ground level, features 6 gathering spots: a kitchen, dining room, den, sunroom and a home office/music room. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen (one of two in the home!) has everything to prepare home-cooked meals, seating for 8 at the large kitchen table in front of the bay windows with green views, a convenient half bath and a laundry room, and a luminous dining room for those nights when you want to celebrate something special or have a more formal setting to enjoy meals with a touch of elegance. SUNROOM. Looking for an ideal place to just “be”? Our sunroom is just that place. During the day, it’s bathed in natural light and has beautiful views. It’s an enchanting place to come together, enjoy a card game or engage in fun chit-chat and laughter! There’s also access from here to the sundeck. Both overlook the pool and are great spaces to enjoy a snack or beverage. THE DEN. For downtime and relaxation, head to the den with plush seating, a Smart TV and a fireplace. Ideal for chill evenings together. There’s a home office for the remote worker in need of a quiet workspace, complete with a desk, chair, monitor, and printer. This room also doubles as a music room with a piano! If someone knows how to tickle the ivories, have at it! SECOND FLOOR PERSONAL|SLEEP SPACE where you can retire for the night in one of four bedrooms: a master ensuite that features an amazing cal-king bed, a loveseat, a dressing room, and a walk-in closet, and three spacious bedrooms with plush queen beds along with a chair, desk, or loveseat. Note: an air mattress for two can be set up if needed in the den or office. At GROUND LEVEL, discover our serene Garden Apartment—a separate dwelling unit connected by an easy-access interior door. The apartment has direct access to a COVERED PATIO complemented by a fire table with cushioned swivel chairs and a BBQ grill. One pet only and please bring a crate and leash. - Keep pets off furniture and crate them when left alone, even at night. - Service Animals/ESA stay for free. You will be asked if the animal is required because of a disability or what task the animal has been trained to perform. No Smoking/Illegal Activity: - No smoking indoors, and no illegal activities permitted. A $300 fine applies for non-compliance. Respect Our Neighbors: - Keep noise down after 10 pm—no parties or loud music, please! Housekeeping: - Cleaning service available at an extra cost—let us know in advance. - Please don’t flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet due to the septic system. - Dirty towels/linens belong in laundry baskets found in bathrooms or closets. - Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning costs. - Keep thermostats set on AUTO at 72 for both AC and Heat for optimum comfort throughout the house. Safety & Security: - Always lock the door when leaving. - Outdoor security cameras are in place for everyone’s safety. Swimming Pool & Deck Area: - Enjoy our pool from May 1 to October 31, 7 am to 10 pm. - Outdoor lounge furniture available for your use. - SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK—please be careful! *Guests assume ALL liability and responsibility while on the property, especially on the pool deck or in the swimming pool. All Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Property Owners harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by Guests or individuals invited onto the property by Guests. - The pool is professionally maintained with a weekly visit. Do not tamper with pool settings/equipment; this is for authorized personnel only. In between visits, a pool net is available to skim the debris out of the pool when necessary. BBQ Grill: - Grill, torch lighter, tools and 2 propane tanks provided. When tanks need filling, Home Depot has a 'tank exchange' for about $20. - Please clean the grill after use to avoid a $100 grill-cleaning charge. Critters! - Georgia’s wooded areas mean bugs may be around despite regular pest control. Please minimize food exposure to keep them at bay. - Keep doors and windows closed to prevent bugs or tree toad visits.
