A split-level home in a quiet neighborhood conveniently close to Christiana, Newark, and Bear, DE. The room is upstairs where there is also a living room and dining area that are specifically for guests. There is even a screened porch with a seating area that leads directly to a big fenced in backyard. Guests have a shared bathroom only if other guests have booked the other room on the floor. If not, then the bathroom is exclusively for them. There is also shared access to a kitchen and to a washer and dryer as well. I’m happy to interact with guests as much or as little as they like and I can be reached via phone, email, or even in person when not at work since both myself and the other homeowner live in the basement portion of our split-level home. Near I95, the Christiana Mall, the Christiana Hospital, UD, and many other nearby restaurants and shopping centers. There is plenty of parking along the property and multiple cars can even fit in the driveway if need be. Guests are welcome to help themselves to WiFi, tea, coffee, and candy.
