Beautiful refurbished apartment (spring 2023) ideally located a 5-minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the heart of the village and shops. Two rooms crossing very bright and quiet. Guests will enjoy an outdoor area (not private) overlooking the rear of the quiet residence. You can also park in the residence. What if you booked your next vacation now? The space The accommodation is composed of a living room with kitchen area and lounge area, all open to a large glass window overlooking an outdoor space not overlooked, a cozy bedroom, a bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. Guests can enjoy the outdoor area in front of the apartment (not fenced) to eat or rest in the sun. Very well arranged, the apartment allows, in the evening, to create two completely independent sleeping areas (bedroom and living room) with each their entrance. The two sofa chairs turn into two very comfortable single beds with a real mattress. They can be put together to form a double bed. Suitable for couples, groups of friends, or families with up to 2 kids. Guests can safely park their car in the residence easily accessible through an electric gate. Once settled in, you can enjoy an ideal location since everything can be done on foot. All shops, restaurants and market are 2 minutes from the apartment. You will also find 2 supermarkets. If you want to do larger shopping, there is a very large Hypermarket within 10 minutes by car. You can also reach in 5 minutes the very pretty beach which extends for several kilometers. The dock and its many shops are also at a few steps away. The apartment is also very nice in the off-season and in winter as it has heating and is very well insulated. It is equipped with: TV, oven/microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, iron. All linens (sheets, towels, shower mats, towels) are provided and end of stay cleaning is included. Crib available with an umbrella and high chair (upon request). No pets (small dogs) are welcomed.
