This waterfront cottage is a hidden gem and has everything you need for a perfect affordable vacation by the lake and located less than 3 miles from Boyne City. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. One bedroom with a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a trundle bed. There is also a Queen sofa sleeper on main floor. The space This rental has lake access but there is no dock or boat hoist available out front but there are 2 marinas less than 1/2 mile down the street. It's perfect if you just want to bring a canoe or kayak or if you're in to just relaxing by the lake with a great view. The renters have a designated beach area with part sun/shade. A 10 minute drive to Boyne Mountain resort, 5 minute drive to downtown Boyne City. Great hiking, biking and boating area. Nice shops and restaurants very close by. Its a perfect central location to East Jordan, Petoskey and Charlexoix and an hour away from the Upper Peninsula and Mackinac Island.
