This can also be enjoyed outside, where atmospheric lighting and imaginative use of spaces gives a choice of stunning areas, day or night. Villa Las Encinas is ideal for friends or family holidaying together, with large amounts of space to come together or seek some space. Stone steps lead up from the ample parking area, onto the terrace and the main entrance to the house. All rooms have air conditioning, and the accommodation is spacious and tasteful. Entering into the living room, which is comfortably furnished and ideal to relax and enjoy the 65-inch Smart Tv (limited channels/news only). The wireless internet connection allows access to your own Amazon, Netflix or other account, so movie nights together can be enjoyed whilst on holiday. Through an arch and a hall, you will find the rest of the accommodation on both the ground and first floors. The bright and fully equipped kitchen gives both indoor seating for 8 to dine comfortably, as well as direct access to the covered terrace. Two of the four spacious and restful bedrooms are found on the ground floor, one with a double bed and a complete bathroom en suite, and another which has twin beds. A second renovated bathroom completes this level of the house. Stairs lead to a further double bedroom with a bathroom and shower en suite, and another lovely twin bedroom. The double room offers spectacular views of the Puig de Maria and Puig Tomir mountains. Outside is simply stunning! Centre-stage is the rectangular pool of more than 50m2, which has roman steps, extensive space for sun loungers and a Balinese day bed for ultimate relaxation. The main covered terrace has an outdoor table for 8 people, and with easy access to the kitchen and Bbq, is ideal for lazy breakfasts and outdoor dining. Through the double-arched stone wall you enter the chillout area, with a multitude of seating areas and comforting shade during the day. Relax here after dinner with a sundowner! Another covered terrace is adjacent, and is equipped with a small bar and table football. In front of the house, a small platform in the shade of the oaks provides yet another seating option. Very conveniently, there is also direct outdoor access to a newly-renovated toilet with shower and the laundry. Guest access The villa and pool is for your private use only as well as the garden. Bed linen & towels are provided as well as pool towels. The cleaner will come in during your stay & change them, depending on how many days you are staying. All of this is included in the price.
