The home features a large front porch perfect for mountain gazing, a new hot tub, a big pool, a fire pit, a fireplace, a ping pong table, and nearby nature trails—ensuring endless activities. Close to hiking, swimming. skiing. We have a stocked kitchen, toys, music instruments, a real piano and art supplies. A perfect getaway! The space It is quiet an experience to sit and gaze at the mountains. This house is great for nature lovers. Anywhere you look, you see gorgeous nature surroundings and perfect peace and quiet. We get very few cars on our road, so we don't get any noise pollution other than birds, frogs, crickets and our stream. You can enjoy the great lawn, the porches, but also take a little stroll into some woods to the stream. We will provide you with all the local tips and secrets to keep you entertained while you are here. We make sure to guests feel at home and know they are taken care of during their stay. The best feature about our house is the front porch. You can sit there in all weather and look at the mountains and trees, or you can sit in our brand new hot tub and feel all your stress melt away. There is big fire pit on a great big lawn in the back yard. It's great for running around and playing any sport with a vast view of the Catskill Mountains. We are close to the mountain so we get to see lots of details year around and the beautiful changing the foliage. There is a fireplace to get cozy in the Winter. We have a very large kitchen for cooking, a great porch in the back with tables for a feast and a propane gas grill as well as a charcoal one. This home is very large, comfortable and peaceful. Our location is convenient for skiing, hiking, swimming and great places to go in Catskill, Saugerties, Palenville, Woodstock, Hudson, Hunter and Tannersville and many other quaint towns. We love them all. There are total of five bedrooms. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor and if you close the doors, it is super quiet, even if guests are making noise downstairs. The master has its own bathroom and there is one in the center for sharing. The fifth bedroom is on the first floor, with a full bath next to it. It's off to the side of the house, it's own private wing, so you can still have privacy even if people are hanging out in the main living areas. The house sits up on the hill, which is great for sledding. We provide sleds in the basement for guests to use. We made paths into the woods behind the house, with a short trail leading to a stream as well as trails on the beautiful front lawn where we let wild flowers grow so that we get plenty of bunny and deer visitors. We leave art supplies and musical instruments all around our house for our guests to use. We have a fun machine organ and a piano and some hand drums. The house was built for comfort and pleasure and we want to share all of this with our guests! Guest access The best way is to have a car to get around this area. We have a driveway for guests to park. If you want to take a train, you can get a car service from Hudson for about 40 dollars. Other things to note We only allow guests who are 25 years old and over to rent our property. Please note if you plan to have a party there, you need to ask special permission. Please no sneaking , we will be informed quickly.
