There two large master bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath, large dressing area and view deck. The third room has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home, including a rooftop deck with a daybed that has a panoramic view of Moonlight State Beach - One of the best beaches in San Diego county. Other things to note This vacation rental is permitted by the city of Encinitas (RNTL-017173-2021) and is strictly limited to no more than 8 occupants/guests at all times. The Chargepoint 240V AC Electric Vehicle EV Charger has a J1772 plug that works on most electric cars and a TSL plug for Tesla. Because the house is located so close to the beach and has an unobstructed view we were approached by SkyLineWebCams to host the Encinitas Live Cam. It ONLY has a view of the beach and does not ever record video of the property itself. There are four other cameras on the outside of the property. One monitoring each of the entry and exit points. There are also two ring video doorbells, one at the door on the north side of the house (away from the beach) and one at the south side of the house by the driveway. The home is large with 3 indoor levels and a 4th level which is a rooftop deck. There are a lot of stairs which normally are not a problem for able-bodied people. However, there is an elevator that services the 3 interior floors. The elevator is normally locked but is available for an extra $20 per stay. The elevator does not service the rooftop deck. If you want to have the elevator enabled, please let us know ahead of time so that we can arrange for the paperwork to be signed. The elevator should only be used by adults and never used by unsupervised children. We will ask you to sign a liability waiver and acknowledge the rule that children must not use the elevator unsupervised before requesting the additional $20 'elevator use' feature in the Resolution Center.
