WHILE THIS IS BEING DONE, THE UNIT CAN BE RENTED, BUT THE PATIO WILL BE OFF LIMITS AND THE DOOR TO THE PATIO WILL BE BOLTED SHUT FOR SAFETY. **PLEASE NOTE: Due to recent local changes that the Osage Beach Fire District passed, we unfortunately will no longer be able to supply a gas or charcoal grills to this unit. The Master bedroom (Enclosed) has a private bath and Queen bed with Tv/Cable. There is also a second bedroom downstairs (Enclosed) with a Queen bed, Tv/Cable and a bath right next door (Common shared bathroom). The loft area (Open area) has its own separate family room area with a Large Screen Tv/Cable along with 1 queen bed and 3 single beds. This upper area can sleep 5 people. The unit has a television in each bedroom with Cable, and a large flat screen in the living room area as well as hi-speed internet. There is a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs. The kitchen is fully stocked if you choose to make your meals at the condo. We provide all towels, toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, body wash, shampoo, laundry detergent and linens. We have decorated this unit in a manner that we hope will raise your spirits and bring you closer to those you are sharing your getaway with! Max allowed in this unit is 9! Bring your boat and dock in our private boat slip (additional) The LEDGES Complex offers two pools, Wi-Fi, an awesome Sandy Beach and playground for kids. This complex is a very central location by boat and land. The dining, shopping and entertainment options are all close by, as well as golf, massage, and great grocery stores. If you want to rent a boat or jet ski, the rentals are very close to this complex. Other things to note PARKING PASSES REQUIRED (MAY 1ST THROUGH LABOR DAY) PARKING INFO: • 2 Cars per condo allowed (additional parking available on 3rd Tier) • 2 PINK parking passes provided on kitchen counter • If at all possible, please limit the number of vehicles in your group to 2 as it is very busy in the summer. • No oversized vehicles: NO trucks, RV’s, trailers or any other oversized vehicle requiring MORE THAN ONE parking space is allowed at the complex. Any vehicle parked in a manner that takes two parking spaces WILL BE TOWED CHECKING IN: • Place parking passes on the rearview mirror or dash of vehicles. Passes must be visible to security from the outside of the vehicle. ***Any vehicles not displaying a parking pass, WILL BE TOWED*** CHECKING OUT: • Return parking passes to the kitchen counter. ***If lost or taken upon departure the cost is $100 per pass***
