Enjoy the locals-favorite First Street Rapids Park, then curl up and restore on the ultra comfy king bed. Creature comforts abound! No pets please. Trip insurance recommended if illness, weather or smoke may be an issue. The space This is a second-story 'mother-in-law' suite that was built as an addition in the 90's. It is fully self-contained, including a separate exterior entrance. It is attached to the main body of the house via an interior staircase which has two locking doors at the top and bottom of the staircase. Guest access There is a private stairway entrance from the backyard where you can come and go at any hour. You'll have access to a kitchenette (with sink, microwave, Keurig machine, ample counter space, picnic supplies, etc.), and a private bathroom. Other things to note Please note that because the room is attached to our main home separated by a stairway, there are some normal household noises that will come into the room. We aren't a loud family, but if you are expecting total silence, you might want to look for another option.
