It is 200 Steps to the infamous SURF BALLROOM and also some restaurants & Bars. Just a short 4 block walk to downtown Clear Lake City Park, City Beach and Main street. There is a cozy backyard with Fire Pit & Grill. The space Depending which side you rent, This North Beach side or also available (South Beach) the other side, you will enjoy the comfortable living area and outdoor common area. There is a grill, Fire Pit and nice outdoor seating areas. This Duplex (Whole Beach Swordfish Suite) can be rented to accommodate a large family or large group. There is a connecting door to merge the 2 sides! Just like Hotel rooms have...but the best part is you have 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms!!! Guest access You will have the front yard fire pit along with a private back yard seating area. Please note that the Surf District is undergoing some really exciting changes to the area. They are building a music enrichment center (Summer 2024) and also a boutique hotel across from our duplex (Summer 2025) It is a great project but please note there may be some construction/ detours around this part of town!! Lots happening in this area with great little restaurants and farmers market just steps from our place!
