The space Park on a lg concrete pad attached to unit; 2 steps up to patio & 1 step into the apartment. Building is 100' behind our house & 100' from the pond; 2 kayaks available for guests; guests may fish. Some gear may be provided. Better to bring your own. Charcoal grill, charcoal, lighter fluid, chimney, & utensils provided. Also a pack 'n play, cornhole, frisbees, & other games/activities. Undercover parking is available to protect autos from weather such as hail. There is a fire pit near the pond with wood & skewers available on request. A table w/ 4 chairs on the covered front porch overlooking the valley/pond is available for guest use. Guest access Guests will have access to entire apartment, front covered patio with valley/pond view w/ table & 4 chairs, spacious parking, plenty of yard space, & pond to kayak or fish. Other things to note No traffic noise from the public road, only the country sounds of bull frogs, crickets, birds, owls, & an occasional C-130 from LRAFB performing practice flights.
