The newly remodeled home features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. In the breezeway, there is a twin bed to accommodate a larger group (summertime use only) *EV charging available* This main unit is part of the former Lakeland Motel and is on Sheridan Street. The space The property is uniquely located, allowing for ease of access during all seasons. The elegant, yet comfortable loft is approximately 1250 sq ft. Our home comfortably sleeps five guests with two bedrooms, one extra twin and one bath. The space was recently renovated and features a fully equipped kitchen, new flooring, and an updated bathroom. We supply all your basic kitchen needs, linens, extra blankets/pillows, towels, and basic toilet items. We will leave you a list of local spots we like to visit, as well as a map to the snowmobile trail. This was a year round private residence, so it is well maintained and comfortable. Guest access You have access to the entire property. There is dedicated parking. It is handicapped accessible. *EV CHARGING: Six total connectors are available with 11.5 kW speeds Four connectors have Tesla plugs and two have Tesla and J1772 plugs Tesla vehicles can simply plug in and will be charged to their Tesla Account J1772 vehicles can charge via the Tesla app - scan the QR code onsite to set it up.
