The main bedroom includes a king bedroom and the second bedroom includes a queen bed; both with plenty of storage for your belongings. The space is professionally cleaned and sanitized between every guest. Guest access You get access to a one-car garage complimentary with your stay. Street parking is also available at no additional cost. Other things to note Up to a max of TWO dogs are allowed in your unit with prior approval. Please tell us about your dog(s). Sorry, but no cats are allowed at the home. If you bring dogs you are 100% responsible for any damage they may cause. Should carpet cleaning or repairs be needed due to damage or accidents from your dog, you will be billed for said cleaning or damage at cost of the cleaning or repair plus a $250 service fee. A $50 pet fee is due if you wish to bring your dog which covers the entire stay for up to two dogs. This fee will be requested before check in and must be paid before check in. Dogs should never be left in the home unattended unless they are in a crate. Dogs should not be on the furniture. You must pick up after your dog in the yard. This is NOT our responsibility. Excessive barking complaints from neighbors may be grounds for eviction of your dog from the unit. Dogs should be on a leash when outside at all times.
