Centrally located for Front Sight training and Death Valley visitors. Five minutes away from central Pahrump. Your 4 bedroom stay (and a plus room off the master bedroom), the house also offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining options in a dining room, kitchen nook, or kitchen counter., and back patio. There are 8 beds that comprise of 1 king, 3 queens, and 4 singles. There are 2 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bathroom next to the laundry room. The space The master king bedroom with private bath with direct access to the back patio. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has a bunkbed and a queen size bed. The living room has a 75 inch smart TV. There is an office with two work stations and fast internet. The patio offers quiet shaded relaxation with barbeque and patio furniture. The home is located on a full acre lot. The attached 3 car garage is a game room with pool table, air hockey, and foosball games, and poker table. There is a 75 inch smart TV and board games. The poker table and foosball can be moved so one vehicle can be parked inside, especially for those visiting the Speedway. The back porch is covered with seating for 12. A large propane BBQ is available. There is a smoking area in the front yard with sitting bench, cigarette dispensers in the font and back patio. For Front-Site visitors, there is a 40"x10"x 20" gun safe available. Special booking requests with adjusted pricing and booking request for larger groups, we have a guest house available with full kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom, laundry room, and a study room where an additional 2 beds can be placed. Photos of guest house are not included to avoid confusion with main house above. Spa is estimated to be ready for use by September 26, 2024. We are waiting for cover-lifts. Other things to note Please know that though we can house 12 guests…there will be an automatic additional guest fee of $20 per person after the 5th person per night. For example…6th person($20) X 2 nights = $40 There is a $50 per person per night charge if additional guests stay overnight or visit without pre-approval of their host. Larger groups may be accommodated when pre-arranged. Communication is always appreciated. We do have a couple of roll away beds for guests wanting a bed for themselves or if you have a party of 13-14( 14 max, no more)please let us know, and we’ll have housekeeping roll them out. We’re sorry, pets are not allowed in the house. With the exception of Emotional Support/Service Pets, with proof of certificate papers. - Thank you In the backyard is a guest house/casita/adu that occasional my husband and are stay when we have to be in town. Please know, we are not there to disturb you , but a possibility we will be there when you are check-in. But I will communicate that to you before or during your stay.
