It is a contemporary home with high-end amenities. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with bidets, heated stone flooring, windows revealing views of huge cypress trees in the lake and much more. It has a gated entrance, lots of parking and has its own front and large backyard. Take time to break away from the everyday hustle and bustle. Absolutely no parties, large gatherings or events. The space The estate is like a small neighborhood with only 3 houses. Everyone has their own private areas and has access and views of the lake. It is extremely quiet, comfortable and safe. Sounds of nature are super relaxing. There is a huge dog playground, dog kennel, dog beds, bowls, toys and more. Many have referred to this unique location as utopia, a slice of heaven and a destination place. There are outside propane heaters, BBQ pit and patio furniture. The pond in the front is clean and has some fish. Guest access Guests have access to the entire estate. It is so huge that seeing each other is not common.
