Our rental is located on a country road 3 miles from Pulaski, NY and 1.8 miles from the shores of Lake Ontario at Selkirk Shores State Park. We are surrounded by open fields and trees. The snowmobile trail runs through the field adjacent to the property. The rental is a complete 2 bedroom 1 bath home that was completely remodeled in 2021. Everything is new, including a gas fieldstone fireplace. The home will sleep six with pull out queen sofa in the livingroom. The space The house, garage and lawn areas are yours to use for your stay. The property was completely renovated in 2021. Everything is new! When you enter the home you will see the new kitchen area with all new appliances including full size washer and dryer. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds. There is also a twin bed in the master bedroom. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The living room has a pullout queen sofa, smart TV, beautiful fieldstone fireplace and plenty of seating. There is also a patio door that leads to a deck overlooking backyard. The single car garage is off the living room and is set up with hooks to hang up fishing gear and other outside equipment. You will also find a gas grill to use . We have owned this property and the adjacent property for 47 years. So please don’t hesitate to ask us questions about the property or the beautiful area we live in. Guest access You access the property with a keypad lock. The home is very private and you will have full access to house, garage and surrounding lawn areas. Other things to note There is a Keurig coffee machine in the kitchen and a gas grill. We do provide some paper products and soap for bath and kitchen areas. We have a security camera for the outside of the house that will be disarmed upon your arrival.
