The private patio is furnished with seating and a table to enjoy your morning coffee or a nightcap under the string lights. We tried to strike a perfect balance between the original character of the property with a mid-century modern bedroom (1 Queen Bed), luxurious bathroom with a curbless shower, lovely wood floors, granite waterfall countertops, a dining table, breakfast bar, high 10ft ceilings throughout, a nicely equipped kitchen, tons of natural light, full-length mirrors too for getting ready to go out and one of the nicest, largest private patios in all of Downtown. Parking is free on the street, and a full-sized free parking lot is steps away. PETS: We're nuts for pets, but we had an incident with a guest's pet at our old place, and it cost us a fortune. So, sadly, we have decided not to allow pets any longer, even though most owners and their pets are fantastic. STUFF TO DO: Where to start? You can find a good glass of wine before a great dinner, followed by needing to meet friends at one of our urban breweries. - Comfort Station (Esquire Magazine top bars across the U.S) - 5 Points Alley have dinner or catch a free live music performance. - Fireside Pizza, one of my favorite slices in the city. - Green Man Twist ice cream food truck - Green Man Park - Esoteric Brewery, The Fix Coffee, Tiki Tiki Bang Bang, Woodburn Brewery. - Gomez Burrito Within a 5 Minute Drive - Paul Brown Stadium - Great American Ball Park - TQL Stadium - University of Cincinnati - Hard Rock Casino - Icon Music Center - Newport Aquarium - Cincinnati Zoo - PromoWest Pavillion Guest access Mi Casa, Su Casa! We want you to have a great time, so use our place, use our stuff, and then come back and do it again. Just pick up after yourself and don't have any raging parties because our neighbors are cool, and we want them to stay that way! Guest access Park the car and enjoy all Walnut Hills has to offer. The neighborhood is one of the most walkable in all of Cincinnati. You are footsteps away from a coffee, drink, pizza, or a legendary burrito. If you feel like exploring outside the neighborhood, it couldn't be more accessible being minutes to all the hospitals and Cincinnati music and sporting venues. When you are done exploring, come back and find plentiful FREE street parking and a free parking lot located 100ft away at the corner of McMillan and Copelen.
