The master bedroom also has a private deck offering breathtaking views of the tranquil river and lush surroundings. It's the perfect spot to savor your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine under the stars But wait, the excitement doesn't end there! Located mere steps away from the communal pool, Splash Haven ensures that every moment is filled with laughter, splashes, and delightful memories. Whether you're a water enthusiast or simply crave some poolside lounging, this rental is your gateway to aquatic bliss. So why wait? Dive into the vacation of your dreams at Splash Haven, where riverside serenity and endless fun await at your doorstep. House Rules During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am.  Events, parties or gatherings in or around the home are forbidden. Tents are not allowed on property. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing. We love pets, however we have some limitations. Splash Haven has a two pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave it unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking these rules. We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. This policy applies to all animals. Non-compliance with either policy will result in a $300 fine. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and respect for our homes. Thank you for helping us provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests. Also, do not forget to enjoy all the nearby amenities and activities including swimming, beach, fire pits, kayaking, kite flying, trail hiking/walking, bike riding trails, craft beer and wine tasting, zip lining, sky diving, glass blowing, and much more, not to mention the fun you will have just strolling around the Harbor. Other things to note Must be 25 years of age to reserve a room. Payment When making a new reservation, a 50% deposit will be charged at booking time to hold your reservation. 14 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance of your reservation will be charged to the card we have on file. If you would prefer to use an alternate credit card, please call our office. If the arrival date is within 14 days of the date you are making the reservation, the full reservation amount will be due at booking time. Acceptable forms of payment are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cancellation & Refund Policies Reservations canceled 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of the advance deposit. Reservations canceled within 14 days of arrival date will forfeit the advance deposit. Some promotions, specials or packages may have modified cancellation polices. Please review the rate details, terms and conditions at the time of reservation. All cancellation charges are plus tax and applicable fees. Minimum Stays Saturdays require a minimum two night stay (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) Most national holidays require a three night stay.
