Guest access To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information. The Enso Connect guest verification process will require: * Signing of rental agreement * ID and selfie uploads Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the home. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include a 1-stall garage for parking convenience, in-unit laundry facilities for added convenience, a fenced yard with a back deck, and a grill with utensils for outdoor cooking. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and noise decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording features). Other things to note local residents must obtain prior authorization before booking to maintain property integrity and ensure safety. Guests are responsible for maintaining the propane tank. The property does not exchange or fill the propane tank after each guest use. To enhance safety and security, all guests must sign a rental agreement and complete the Enso Connect verification process, which includes ID and selfie uploads. Guests will receive an online boarding pass with access instructions. A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. This policy does not apply to Airbnb reservations. • Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind: Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
