El Colorín is a breezy, comfortable home located 250m walking distance from the beach. The upper floor has been recently refurbished, bathrooms are new, and the entire house is decorated in an eclectic, high décor style that displays our love for color, uniqueness, and artisan art. It has a fabulous porch for entertaining or relaxation, a garden, a hammock area & outdoor shower and backyard with BBQ and plunge pool, all in privacy. We have designated workstations for remote work and study. The space We pay very close attention to details and comfort. We like to surprise our guests and make them feel welcome in unique ways. We work on our home constantly to keep it in good maintenance and perform upgrades. Ground Floor: Street entrance unto our garden with our favorite shrubs and citrus trees. Porch with living and dining areas. Main entrance into the home with two living rooms, one for rest and the other for entertainment and TV watching in SMART TV. One half bathroom in social area. Dining area with a fabulous open kitchen. Laundry area and the Blue Bedroom with a stackable bed frame and two twin beds and full bathroom. Upper Floor: 4 Bedrooms. 1. Orange Master Bedroom, a king size bed with a full bathroom and attached working area. 2. Pink Bedroom: two twin beds. 3. Yellow Bedroom: two twin beds. 4. Green Bedroom: one full bed and a workstation. Outdoor terrace. All bedrooms and ground floor have A/C. Guest access The entire home is at full availability. You will enjoy the privacy of an entire home. Other things to note We want our guests to travel light: all bath (shampoo, hair conditioner, body gel) and beach (towels, beach chairs, beach spread) essentials are provided.
