The space The home has multiple living and working areas including 2 kitchens, a large family lounge and dining room, an indoor bbq (braai) room with TV, an outside pool room as well as a garden oasis for family or group members to spread out. There are 4 TV sets in the house, uncapped wifi, and DSTV. There are backup batteries, recharging light bulbs and a gas stove that keeps the house powered and functioning during power load shedding. The house works well for large groups providing private wings to retreat. Room 1: Forms part of a private apartment within the house. This section has a bedroom with King bed (or two twins), a full bathroom, kitchen and lounge with TV and doors leading to a patio. Room 2: Bunk beds with ensuite bathroom and a door leading to patio. Room 3: King bed (or two twins) with ensuite bathroom and door leading to patio. Room 4: Large primary bedroom with king bed, full ensuite bathroom, two patios overlooking gardens with extensive mountain views, writing desk, TV, bar fridge and microwave. Room 5: King bed (or two twins), TV, door leading to patio. Shared bathroom with bedroom 6. These two rooms form a private wing within the house. Room 6: Bunk bed and single bed (sleeps 3). Room 7: King bed. Door leading to patio. Shares bathroom with bedroom 8. Room 8: Queen bed. Door leading to patio. Room 9: 2 Bunk beds (sleeps 4) with bathroom ensuite. Room access is outside of the house. Guest access The entire house will be available to you except for a couple storage rooms. Other things to note Although the house is set up for a large group, it is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We respect our neighbors and expect our guests to do so too. We do not allow loud party noise or events. Non compliance will lead to eviction.
