The house is called The Big House or LA CASA QUE CANTA (The House that Sings). The three-house villa is called the VILLA DE VISTAS (The Villa of Views). The names sum it up beautifully: The CASA does seem to sing. It is lyrical with sweeping lines. It is harmonic as spaces blend together. It has a natural rhythm which you feel as you pass from room to room. The VILLA has astounding views. From the decks. From almost all rooms. And not just the ocean, but the beach, San Pancho & Sayulita. The space Let me spell out details for The Big House: There are…..3 Bedrooms (each with a king bed and 1 with a fold out sofa). 4 full Baths. It comfortably sleeps 8. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Water is filtered and perfectly safe to drink. (But bottled water is also available.) The main floor is at the street level. It includes spacious living and dining rooms, a large well-appointed kitchen (laundry and pantry), a family room with TV, and a guest bath. All of these rooms are interconnected in one great open space. They have fabulous views of the jungle, beach and ocean. The kitchen and family room are air-conditioned. Going UP the spiral staircase, you come to the Upper Terrace (the primary viewing site for sunsets) and the Master Bedroom with its luxurious marble bath and private sunning deck. Going DOWN the spiral staircase from the main floor you come to the bedroom floor with two large bedroom suites. One has a kingsized bed, a fold our sofa, a small desk, and a jungle and garden view; the other has a king sized bed, large terrace overlooking the pool and the ocean. Continuing down one more stairway and you come to our pool, which was designed to be safe and enjoyable for guests of all ages. There is a platform for infants to sit and splash and delight themselves. There are benches which are perfect for toddlers to walk on and then jump into their parents' waiting arms. There is a raised-up platform which is ideal for adolescents’ acrobatic jumping. And, there are lounge chairs and tables with shade umbrellas for everyone. We have also recently made some upgrades to the property. This includes adding a generator, in case of power outages. We now have 2 different wifi services (fiber and Starlink satellite) and a switch that will toggle between them if 1 goes down. We also have an expansive mesh wifi network covers the entire property with fast wifi. You experience it when you go up to the top deck and watch the sun dip into the ocean. You can immerse yourself in that love when you crawl into bed and listen to the pounding of the surf and the rustling of the leaves. And then when you wake up in the morning, you will experience an incredible sense of well-being as you get your coffee and welcome the gift of another day in the lovely piece of God's good earth. Guest access The guest will have access to the pool….and the gardens….and the path that leads down to the road and off to the beach. They will not have access to the other two houses, which are part of the VILLA DE VISTAS (the Casita Celestial and El Nido de la Tortuga).
