Staff can be hired on a “daily basis” or “a la carte” style where they will come as little or as often as you would like. "A La Carte" pricing allows Guests to add services based on their preferences while keeping the Villa’s nightly rate low for those Guests that prefer no addtl services. Other things to note Note: The "Resort Fee" of $103 is actually the cost for a Damage Protection Policy with coverage up to $2,000 USD with no deductible. If the damage total exceeds $2,000 USD or the damage that occurred is not covered under this Policy, then we will file the claim through Airbnb. Bicycles - Yes, we had bikes but phased them out. They are hard to maintain (they rust incredibly fast from being directly on the ocean) & Guests think they want to ride them, but end up not for the most part. If you definitely want bikes, we can set up rentals for you. Covid Procedures & Cancelation Policy: Our Commitment to Cleanliness While we already had the utmost highest standards & practices for cleaning in place, we take additional steps to ensure the safety of our Guests & Staff; exceeding the CDC, WHO & AHLA recommendations & guidelines. Our Villa & it’s massive grounds are completely PRIVATE. The Villa is cleaned/sanitized immediately after each Guest checks out & again the day of our New Guests’ arrival. This helps ensure that ONLY You & Your Guests will have access to it since it was cleaned/disinfected-This also means the Villa has NO “Shared Spaces" or "High Touch Areas" (ie swimming pool, light/lamp switches, doors handles, locks, faucets-etc) like you find in a hotel, condo or shared villa. BONUS-Our Villa is less expensive when compared to reserving a couple of rooms at a major resort. Most hotels/resorts have removed/limited a lot of their amenities you’d expect to find in a room & overall property; whereas, we have added more to ours!
