Farm style cottage in Clemson feels like home away from home! Designed for total comfort and maximum use of this space. Only 1.5 miles from Clemson Memorial Stadium and Clemson University! 40 minutes to Greenville. Centrally located between all 3 of upstate SC lakes (Hartwell, Keowee, and Jocassee)! All rooms have smart TVs, and each bed has a memory foam mattress. Full kitchen with everything you could need or want at a rental. Plenty of parking for guests and boats! The space The Clemson Farmhouse is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with the ability to sleep up to 8 people. The home has a full kitchen with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Some of the items include: an array of spices, coffee maker, filtered drinking water, toaster oven, multiple sizes of pots and pans, mixing bowls, etc. The dining table can comfortably seat 6 adults. The living space has great seating for watching game days or movies on our 60 inch plasma TV, or gather around the large coffee table to play cards or board games (provided for guests). There is a pull out couch in the living room that has a 4.5 inch memory foam queen sofa bed. This home also includes three private bedrooms. These rooms are fully equipped with smart TV's, memory foam mattresses, plenty of pillows, closet and/or storage space for your hanging clothes and folded items. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private full bathroom. The 2nd room has a full size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, fresh towels and wash cloths, a hairdryer, and plenty of cleaning supplies should our guests need them. There is also an iron and ironing board located in the laundry room. The property provides ample parking for our guests (up to 5 cars). There is a fire pit and chairs, as well as a grill for a great outdoor experience for all of our guests! Guest access Guests may access the entirety of The CF. This includes the living space, dining space, kitchen, laundry room, the master bedroom which has its own full bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms, another full bath, the back and front yard, and both of the porches. You have the ENTIRE place to yourself! Other things to note We have recently completed construction of a garage/apartment on the property which your hosts, Allye and Wil, live in. This property is a completely different structure, so there will be no shared living quarters or amenities. You will still have total privacy during your stay at The Clemson Farmhouse. READ COMPLETELY IF YOU PLAN TO BRING A DOG: There is a $50 pet fee per dog. Absolutely no dogs will be allowed on any of the furniture. If your dog is accustomed to getting on furniture at home, please bring sheets that will fully cover all couches and beds in the event that your dog gets on the furniture before you can stop it. If there is evidence that your dog has been on the furniture (mud and dirt on any furniture or bedding, and excessive dog hair on any furniture or bedding), and/or if there is obvious scratching inside the home you will be charged a STRICTLY ENFORCED $100 damage fee. This is in place to keep guests from allowing their dogs on the furniture and cleaning up after the dog in the event that something does happen. To avoid being charged the $100 damage fee, I highly suggest you bring your own kennel or utilize the kennel that we will gladly provide for when you leave the home and your dog is unattended. Dogs are welcome with open arms, but our property will be respected by guests and their furry friends. We have worked very hard to make this an amazing space, and have been burned too many times in the past by not putting these rules in place sooner.
