Our policy on the number of guests (including day visitors) is limited strictly to the people listed on the reservation. The maximum number of cars permitted on the property (or parked on the street) is 4. Guests who do not follow these rules will be evicted and, if appIicable, reported to AirBnB/VRBO. If you cannot abide by the maximum guest and cars rule, please book another property. Seasonal Parking Ordinance: During the winter season from November 1 through April 1, parking on the streets is prohibited between the hours of midnight and 7 a.m., in accordance with the City of Flagstaff Seasonal Parking Ordinance. This parking restriction is enforced whether it is snowing or not. This ordinance allows the Streets Section crews to thoroughly plow streets for your safe travel and it also aids street sweepers in the removal of cinders following a snowstorm. The Flagstaff Police Department does enforce the ordinance. If you are parked in violation of the ordinance and it’s not snowing, you will receive a ticket. If you are parked in violation of the ordinance and it’s snowing, you are likely to have your vehicle towed away as well as receiving a citation. Summertime: The main level has central air conditioning with thermostat to keep the home nice and cool. The lower level does not have air conditioning, but it naturally stays cool during the summer. Winter and cool weather months: Each level has its own dedicated thermostat for heating. Adjust the temperature as needed for your comfort.
