Our cozy 3-bedroom Adirondack home is near Whiteface Mountain and Lake Placid, enjoy hiking, skiing, & lake activities. The fully stocked kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils, or fire up the grill for an alfresco dining experience. Enjoy the smart TV with cable, play a game of foosball in the game room, or relax in the saltwater hot tub. You'll delight in the amenities that await you, including air conditioning & heating throughout the home, high-speed WiFi, & washer/dryer. The space Our cabin is a cozy retreat decorated with Adirondack charm with themes of fishing, skiing, and bears. Enjoy stunning views from the private balconies on each level. Relax in the stylish, modern interior, complete with streaming services and comfortable furnishings. We have streaming plans included with DirecTV, steaming apps, through each Roku. Guest access Guests will have full access to the home. Please note that garage parking is not available, but ample driveway parking is provided. There is a lockbox in the front and back of the property and the hot tub cover keys are in the front lockbox. Other things to note Check in is easy with a lockbox at the front and back of the house. The kitchen is stocked with plates, pans, cookware, and utensils. Charcoal and gas grills are also available for cooking. **You can experience private Yoga and Reiki instruction during your stay (at an additional cost). ** There are plenty of fantastic local restaurants, with recommendations in the guide book. **Tops grocery store is only a 5 minute drive from the cabin. **There is firewood at the Mobil gas station on RT 86, and at times on Au Sable drive between RT 86 and Adirondack Park. Both are 5-10 minutes from our place. An air conditioning unit will be available for you to utilize during your stay. The Black Bear Lodge is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 additional fee. Per our listing, we have a 8 person maximum in this house. Unauthorized overnight guests will be charged $250 per person per night. We do not allow parties, events or loud noise. Any violation of these rules will incur a $500 additional fee.
