If you like to stay close to the city yet have a feel of being on a gateway, this is your place. Located in the quiet Park Pacifica, our home is 18miles from SF downtown & 11 miles from SFO. 5 min drive to beaches and shops. This is the perfect place to start your Highway 1 road trip. There is free parking right in front of the house and one car can park on the driveway. Please be sure to go over the description for details of our space. The space This is a listing for the entire main floor of the house for the private space below. (See floor plan in photo album). * Main staircase entrance * 2 bedrooms * 1 full bathroom * Kitchen & Diningroom * Livingroom * 2 Office space (desks) in Livingroom * Backyard & hot tub in the backyard Our parents live in a completely separate unit with separate entrance and yard in the basement next to the garage. So there will not be any interference with the space listed above. They do not share any space with you. ***Parking*** We leave the parking space in front of the house for our guests. You can check with us if you want to park on the driveway. ***Sleeping Arrangement*** The queen beds in both rooms can accommodate 4 adults. In addition, one queen size air mattress can be set up in the living room for 2 persons. The couch can also accommodate 1 adult. All extra bedding can be found in the hallway closet. ***Rooms & Amenities*** -New queen size foam mattress in both rooms -New hotel-style bedding and towels - Each room has a safe -Closet and hangers -Shampoo, conditioner, body wash are provided ***Diningroom & Kitchen*** -65" TV in the dining room that is Chromecast ready -Pair your music device with Amazon Echo in the living room -Coffee and a wide selection of tea ***The Neighborhood*** -This is a fair secluded neighborhood, no commuting routes unless driving out to Highway 1. Therefore this area is really safe and quiet compare to living in San Francisco. -20 min to SF and SFO -8 min to groceries, coffee, restaurants next to the beach -5 min to hiking trail ***No Pets Allowed Please*** Hey! Guest access We have a smart lock at the main entrance, you will get the passcode prior to checking in. Your rooms also have keyed locks. No access to basement and garage. Other things to note This neighborhood gets really quiet after 9:30 pm or so. Please respect the neighbors and not use the hot tub after 9:30 pm as the running pumps can be disturbing.
