The space We offer a studio apartment that is on the ground floor of our main house. We have soundproofed the ceiling, however you might hear the pitter patter of our little kids sometimes upstairs. We are 3 blocks from downtown Blacksburg and the Huckleberry trail is one block from us. Walk to Lane Stadium in about 5 minutes and to Cassell in about 7. For those traveling with a small child - we can have a pack and play available upon request. Guest access You will have access to the entire, private studio apartment with a private entrance and parking space. There is not outdoor space with guest access. Other things to note The thermostat for the basement is not in the studio apt, however you will have access to the nest app to adjust. Given this, please feel free to open the windows if you need to. Please also feel free to message us if it gets too hot and we will adjust the thermostat for you.
