A wristband must be worn on the wrist at all times when using community amenities. - All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds when terminating your stay and brought to the dumpster. - There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community. - Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. - This home does not have private trash collection, thus trash will have to be brought to the community compactor. - This home is located in the Towamensing Trails community. Parking Details Parking is in the driveway and can hold about 5-6 vehicles. All vehicles must display vehicle passes while in the community.
