The Cottage Suite consists of the freshly renovated full first floor and partial basement of my 1930's 1.5-story Cape Cod residence. The 2nd floor is a seperate BnB. Clean Scandinavian/Farmhouse interior vibes. Front door, and back door entrances. Open and well-equipped kitchen with laundry area in basement. Enjoy the sunny enclosed front porch or retire to the backyard pergola with a fire table and comfy outdoor seating. For groups wanting more privacy from those they travel with, the rear portion of the unit also functions as a separate Suite. WIFI is also available in backyard space. Other things to note This unit is the full first floor of my 2 story 1930's Cape Cod. The smaller 2nd floor loft apartment is also a rental and is a separate space with it's own enterance. At times, you may pass other guests in the driveway. While the units are sound treated, they are not sound proof. We ask both parties to be courteous of the other and to avoid loud noises after 9pm. Air Conditioning: You will find a Heat pump in the back bedroom which works quickly to heat or to cool depending on the setting you choose. The living room has a window AC unit.
