Forms will be emailed 5 days before your check-in date. • Kitchen is stocked with basic kitchen essentials such as Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Mugs/Flatware, etc. We do not provide food or fresh pantry items due to allergens risk to guests. • Bed Linens: Each bedroom is prepared with fresh bed linens, pillows, comforters, and blankets. All of our mattresses & pillows are protected, and all linens are laundered with bleach/disinfectant laundry products. In addition, all bedding is covered in mattress and pillow protector coverings. • Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM • NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME (only outside by cigarette disposal bins) All cigarettes/cigars must be disposed of in disposal bins. Renters will be charged $500 for any cigarettes thrown on the grass, decks, and/or the pool.
