This is the perfect climber house but also the perfect place for a quiet week/end in the woods. Close to Natural Bridge State Park and Daniel Boone NF. Come unwind and relax with us. The space The house is a great space with views of the forest. Fiber internet is included with 250mbps down and up. The main bedroom with a king bed is located on the second floor with its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor one with a king and a pullout couch in one and a queen in the other, along with the kitchen, living room and the other bathroom. The kitchen comes with all the equipment you'll need to cook a dinner for everyone. All linens are included so you won't have to worry about packing sheets and towels. The front porch is great to hang out on and enjoy refreshments after a long day of playing outside. There is also a catch and release fishing pond and some trails on the 17 acre property to explore, so bring your fishing pole to try your skills! Guest access You'll have access to the whole house minus the basement and a couple supply closets. Other things to note PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK!! NO PETS ALLOWED. Please don't ask because the answer is no. I have renters who specifically rent my house because of the no pets policy. If you do bring a pet you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee. The same $250 fee applies for smoking(anything) in the house. There's a great private patio out back as well as a covered front porch. There is a video doorbell on the front porch for security when the house isn't occupied. It faces the road and only catches folks(and wildlife) walking up the walkway. There is also a separate apartment in the basement of the home that is rented out but it has its own entrance. There is a door in the house that connects to the basement as well but it is locked from both sides for everyone’s security and comfort.
