The property terrain is grass and trees for running around and playing, basketball hoop, horseshoes at the pit, sitting around the fire pit etc. The best part of the day is when the sun is setting and you are relaxing on the lawn, listening to the loons while you're grilling on the new grill, or taking a sunset kayak trip. There is a stone patio and a screen tent in case the bugs get to you. This updated cabin is a year-round home complete with 3 bedrooms (1 with King bed/1 with Queen & twin bunk beds/1 with twin), full kitchen and propane heat monitor. There is an exercise bike for the adults. The gorgeous updated bathroom has marble tile and large shower. The full basement has full size, new washer and dryer. High-speed internet access, TV, DVD, Netflix, Hulu and cell phone reception. Access to 2 kayaks, 1 canoe and 1 stand-up paddleboard with accessories are included so you can go for a family outing (each kayak will fit one adult and one child). Boat launch at Lake St George State Park is a 5 min. drive and 20 min. boat ride. You can anchor or dock it in front of the cabin. We hope you enjoy this perfect spot and get the rest and leisure time you’ve been looking for! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, yard, and lakefront with dock. But not the barn. Guest will call the property manager the morning of check-in, to notify him of estimated arrival time. He will notify you of the current lock box code which is next to the front door. Other things to note Essentials are included, like shampoo, conditioner, soaps, towels, bedding, first aid. All small kitchen appliances and pots/pans/dishes, blender, coffee machine with Keurig, french press, coffee grinder, microwave. NEW upgrades in the kitchen including island seating, new range and "coffee & tea corner"! Plus the carpeting has been replaced with gorgeous wood flooring in the main living area. For younger children, please be aware of the basement door that opens up to a staircase. Lakefront is across a very narrow dirt road. No through traffic as it is a dead end road.
