For your protection and ours a photo of your DL will be required to book. The space 1700 square foot home with private yard with a nice deck for relaxing. The home has been furnished with comfort and convenience in mind. Large master bath with jetted tub and separate walk-in shower with bench. 2 full baths. Eat-in fully equipped kitchen with Stainless steel appliances & everything you need to cook. Sometimes it is the little things... cooking spices & condiments on hand, a community chest for HBA things you may have forgotten, extra charging cords, Sleep sound machines, Voice assistance smart home so you can ask it to set the thermostat from bed or play your favorite music. Cable in livingroom and master and tv for streaming in the 2nd bedroom with queen bed. Have a huge DVD library and card games. There are path lights throughout the house that are motion activated provided by the required smoke detectors. We welcome corporate travelers as well as leisure. Great for weekend football game stays as well family trips. We like to be able to offer something you can not get at hotels. Guest access We do not provide access without directly verifying ID. If you do not want to provide a photo of DL plz dont request to book. 2 car Garage full access to home and garage,go-ogle home, Cable, internet, Deck in private back yard. The place is all yours during your stay. Only thing can not access is storage bldg in back yard and one closet at front entrance where we keep supplies. Other things to note We do have an age requirement to book of 25 years of age. All guests staying must be booked or we must be informed will be joining you, we will bill dbl the additional nightly rate for any undisclosed guest Hunters: welcome but there are some specific rules for hunters: Please do not discard or clean any carcasses on premises please do this offsite. Please do not wear muddy gear into the home there is lots of garage space and hooks to hang things if need to let them dry. Please do not use house linens to wipe any equipment off I do provide some old towels in the garage you are welcome to use for this purpose if need them. Please be respectful of neighbors when leaving out at early hours of the morning and keep the noise level to a minimum. I do ask new guests coming to hunt for an additional $250 refundable deposit if all rules are respected and home is left in good repair. On any future visits no additional deposit will be required.
