Hilltop Cottage is across the road from Yesterday Spaces Event Venue and surrounded by Gaining Ground Organic Farm. Great area for play or pets. Gorgeous cottage in the country minutes from downtown Asheville. Immaculately clean NC Greenbuilt home. Beds feature Memory Foam mattresses. Pets are welcome at Hilltop Cottage. Please message owner for approval. $100 fee per pet. The space Hilltop Cottage has separate entrances and parking for easy access to the upper levels and also the basement apartment. However, the main house has interior stairs that connect to the basement apartment. Although not ADA, the basement apartment is good for guests with some disability as the access is level and enters directly into the apartment. Guest access The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The upper level has a memory foam king bed and full bath en suite. The main level has a bedroom with a memory foam queen bed and a full bath just outside the bedroom that is also accessible to the living area. The basement level has a memory foam queen bed and full bath en suite. There are 2 sleeper sofas in the home in addition to the beds. One is a queen memory foam on the main level. The other is a queen memory foam in the living area of the basement level. The basement level is a studio style apartment with its own kitchen and living area. Please note that the basement bedroom is open studio style to the rest of the apartment. Other things to note The Cottage is sanitized between guests and available for long stay bookings. It is located in a quiet, private setting, but minutes to grocers, fuel, restaurants, shopping. The cottage is fully stocked with dinnerware, serve ware, linens, organic coffee, herbal teas and small amount of introductory paper products. Please plan accordingly for supplies for your stay. You may find some wood for firepit at the Cottage and you are free to use. Additional is available at local grocer. If you plan to use grill, please plan potential for need of gas tank exchange. You may exchange the gas tank at any local grocer. It is the expectation that you leave the grill as you found it. $75 fee will be charged if grill not cleaned by your party before check out.
