There is $400 utility cap including electricity, gas and water per month. Guests are responsible to pay any additional utilities exceed $400. The space The entire house is equipped with fiber optic internet (WIFI) that offers excellent speed. New central air conditioning and heating system throughout the house. All 3 TVs in the house provide free Netflix movie streaming. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker as well as electric water kettle for the tea lovers. Make yourself at home. Enjoy the Southern California outdoor living to the fullest. But please be considerate of the neighbors and keep your noise down after 9 pm. Guest access The pool is equipped with 8 lounge chairs and can be heated for extra $100 per day (min. 3 consecutive days). Outdoor entertainment area has plenty of cabinetry, large BBQ grill, dining set, bar and stools. There is also outdoor hot & cold showers for you to use before and/or after using the jacuzzi and sauna. Additional seating area in front of the outdoor fireplace offers full view of the backyard. The deck provides additional dining area and is completely fenced with gates and security latches. Separate Ping Pong table quarter and Multi Sports court that allows you to play basketball, volleyball, badminton. Other things to note No parties and no events allowed.
