Broadway ✨✨ The space We have a studio apartment above the three bay garage which is rented to a long-term tenant and not rented through Airbnb. During the summer months when our pool is open, we stop by in the morning and the evening to do pool maintenance. We do not come inside the house when we do maintenance. When we have back to back rentals, we need our lawn maintenance done when guests are occupying the rental. Guest access Guests have access to all aspects of the property barring the studio apartment above the garage. That space is rented to a long-term tenant not through Airbnb. The studio apartment tenant does not have access to any parts of the property, other than her parking spot and her studio apartment. Other things to note This beautiful home is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud music at decibels that are disturbing to the neighbors is not allowed. We do love people to enjoy themselves but any noise disturbing to the neighbors, is not acceptable.
