Lärchenhof is a 400 m² house that stretches over two floors. In the upper area there are 10 double bedrooms all equipped with a private bathroom. In the lower area are the common rooms with fireplace room, TV room and the dining area for up to 20 people. Beyond this, we provide our guests with a large sauna area and ping pong table in the house. Our house is located in the spa town of Altenberg, where tourist tax is payable on site. The space Outside the house, we have for our guests two large wind-protected terraces with barbecue facilities as well as campfire facilities. Other things to note Bedding and towels are optionally bookable, price per person 15 euros. Electricity is calculated according to consumption 50 ct/kWh Our house is located in the spa town of Altenberg, where spa tax is payable locally. Heating costs, since the political will in its consequence cannot be calculated for us as consumers and entrepreneurs, who have to guarantee long-term contractual loyalty, we have to transfer the increased heating costs proportionally to the guest.
