Located in the historic Harbourfront Condominiums, this condo is located right in the heart of the action. With the channel just across the street, downtown Grand Haven is just a block away, and the beach is an easy walk or bike ride away, you'll be able to park your car for the duration of your stay and you will be able to explore all of the attractions just outside the front door easily by foot or bike. The space The 206 at Harbourfront: Enjoy luxurious accommodations and some peace and serenity inside this well-appointed downtown condo. The perfect launching pad to wander out the front door to find everything Grand Haven has to offer within walking distance. INSIDE The 206 at Harbourfront is a condo unit in the historic Harbourfront Condominium building which has three floors. On the first floor, you will find the entryway, garage, and laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. On the second floor, you will find the kitchen, dining, and living area with plenty of seating, a flat-screen wall-mounted television, and views of the channel outside. There is a sliding door leading out to the deck which has plenty of comfortable seating and a small dining area overlooking Harbor Drive and the Grand River. On the third floor, you will find the guest bedroom with a Twin over Full Bunk bed with a Twin trundle. Also located on the third floor, you will find the master bedroom with King sized bed, a relaxing sitting area, and workspace. You also have access to the upper-level patio. OUTDOOR SPACE This condo features two spacious decks. The second-floor deck has plenty of seating with a dining area, and the third-floor deck has lounge chairs to soak up the sun and to enjoy the beautiful views of the channel and the Musical Fountain! Other things to note PARKING There is one parking spot directly in front of the garage, and one additional parking spot on the other side of the driveway labeled with unit number 206. EXTERIOR CAMERA There is an exterior camera near the front door. CANCELLATION POLICY For reservations with the Airbnb Firm cancellation policy, to receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. Guests can also get a full refund within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they get a 50% refund. If canceled less than 7 days before check-in, no refund is available. Grand Haven has so much to offer year round with skiing at Mulligans Hollow, game nights with drinks at Odd Sides, GH Winter Fest, and so many more events and the 206 is the best rental to experience it all."
