We ask that any locals provide additional information about guests and reason for stay. We do not allow parties and unregistered guests. The space Our loft offers the charm of an early 1900's building with exposed brick and open rafter ceilings. The building was completely remodeled in 2017. Professionally decorated and beautiful views from every window. Luxury linens and down comforters with high thread count duvets and all linens and blankets are cleaned and changed between every guest. Keurig provided with a variety of coffees. Water, snacks, and other items are provided. Guest access The loft comes with an indoor garage parking spot that can ONLY accommodate COMPACT AND SMALLER MIDSIZE CARS AND SUVS, it’s just a few steps to the elevator that takes you to the top floor (3) and into the space. You must have a code to access the third floor. There is also a front street entrance with a set of steps that leads you to the loft. The building has 4 other Lofts so please be respectful and mindful of other guests. Other things to note Please be careful when staying with younger children. There is no barrier at top of steps. No events without expressed permission in advance. The outside terrace is a beautiful space but is not meant for parties.
