It holds the kitchen and dining areas, the living area, two bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower combination. The top floor has bedrooms and the balcony access. SWIMMING POOL Pool Dimensions: Approximately 9x19 in a kidney shape and 3-5ft deep Pool can be heated ( up to 90℉) upon request for an additional fee to cover your whole stay. Please message us for the exact cost for your dates, and your desired temp (83 or 90) as it varies by season. Cost will be collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center as a separate charge. it is a private pool, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk. Do not allow minors in or around the pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult. We have umbrellas in the pool area to create shade. Coastal winds can appear without notice. Umbrellas should be in the "down" position and wrapped when not actively being used or damage will likely result. Absolutely no glass in the pool area! Violations may require shutting down, draining the water, cleaning pool/lines/equipment, and refilling the pool for safety -- at significant cost, for which you would be responsible. If there is a grill present, guests who use it are expected to clean it properly after use -- housekeeping does not include the grill. Grill should be covered when it has cooled off and is not in use. LIMEARITA is a 100% non-smoking (or vaping) property - even in the pool area. PARKING ・Parking for 4 standard vehicles - 2 in the driveway and 1-2 on the pad in front of the home (depending on vehicle size). ・There is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalk, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it and fines are high. Towing is common, especially during peak seasons. Guests are responsible for any violations. While there is nobody onsite, we are generally available via Airbnb messages between 9am and 6pm daily. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and property, except for locked-off owner's areas. This includes all 6 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, the backyard, driveway, and the heated swimming pool. Other things to note — GOLF CART — ・Golf cart, if applicable, is street-legal and is supplied by a 3rd-party vendor. ・Golf cart provider requires the Primary Renter to be 21 years of age and onsite for the stay. If renter is under 21, they will not provide the golf cart. ・Available only for stays that occur thru Feb 28, 2025. ・A contract addendum will need to be signed and valid driver's license provided. ・Reminder: only those with a valid drivers license are permitted to drive the cart. However, should you exceed our maximum and put our permit at risk, you will be charged $250 per person, per night for any over the maximum occupancy and you will asked to vacate the premises, After booking here, you'll receive a confirmation message from us with a link and instructions to finalize your booking on our secure website. Your booking is not final until these steps are completed. It must be done within 24 hours or you could lose your reservation. A cleaning fee of $$468.00 is added at checkout. Mid-stay cleans are available -- message us for pricing. *WE* do not add any other fees. A refundable security deposit of $500.00 is required by placing a hold on the credit card you provide to us. The hold is released after departure and the inspection is done, if there are no issues found. The renter of record must: ・be 25+ yrs of age; ・be present during entire stay (no third-party bookings); ・submit names & ages for entire party; ・enter a credit card for the security deposit; ・provide a valid government-issued ID; and, ・must sign our Renter Agreement. The renter agreement, contact info, ID, and credit card for the deposit must be the from same person - the renter of record. * We are authorized by Airbnb to collect the deposit off-platform and there will be a notification of this from Airbnb during your booking process on their site. Please message us with any questions. - Be sure to read and understand the cancellation policy for LIMEARITA. - We STRONGLY encourage Travel Insurance if you are concerned a cancellation may be necessary due to personal events, health, work, weather, travel interruption, or other event. We do not make exceptions to our cancellation policy. - Pool heating is available for an added fee and must be for the duration of the stay. Cost varies by time of year. Please send us a message for exact pricing for your dates. It will be billed through the Airbnb resolution center. - Each stay is covered up to $500 by our no-hassle accidental damage insurance policy - no added cost to the guest. Terms of coverage require that any damage be reported as it occurs and during the stay, with photos. Otherwise, it is not eligible for coverage and you may be personally responsible for the cost of the damage. - Our pricing is updated frequently to reflect local rental trends, our availability, demand, and other factors. Rental rates can rise or fall accordingly until reservation is final. - Check-in time is 4 PM or later and check-out time is 9:30 AM or earlier. Our turnover team is scheduled to arrive at 9:30 AM on departure morning. Failure to depart by check-out time will result in a penalty as stipulated in the renter agreement. Our team requires the full time to properly prepare the home, so we do not accommodate early arrival, late checkout, or luggage dropoffs. We really enjoy hosting and sharing LIMEARITA with others. But, we have a few firm rules that cannot be broken and, if they are, will result in immediate termination of access with no refunds. These are: - No animals under any circumstances. - Events & parties are prohibited by AirBNB and by us. - Do not exceed the number of people on your booking. - Drugs or other illegal activities are not tolerated and will be reported. - No smoking or vaping of any kind on the property. Doing so will incur additional cleaning charges starting at $325. - No commercial photography, video, filming, or recording without express written permission from the owners. Other rules include: - Any fines or penalties from local authorities for guest violations will be passed to the guest either by charging the security deposit, the card on file, or through AirBNB - regardless of how long it takes authorities to issue such fine or penalty. - If any mattresses have been “wet”, loss of full damage deposit will result and guest will be liable for any costs exceeding the deposit. - Don’t sit on indoor furniture when wet or with sunblock on. - We do not provide a grill, but if a grill is present, it is not covered by housekeeping or the cleaning fee. If you use it, you are expected to properly clean it before departure. - Items left behind can be retrieved and shipped. There is a $50 service fee + shipping cost. Item(s) will be shipped within 3 days of payment. We cannot be responsible for incorrect content added by the listing site operators.
