Our Guest House is nestled in the quaint town of Lemont with a view of Mt. Nittany out the back door. Conveniently close to downtown State College and everything Penn State. Enjoy a hike up Mt. Nittany, coffee at Cafe Lemont and/or dinner at Kamri Thai and Sushi House, Happy Valley Brewing or the Voodoo Brewery! It's all here. The house has been completely renoviated. The patio and firepit are relaxing spaces for you and your guests to enjoy! The space The upstairs of the house has two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and Smart TV. A beautiful den with lots of windows and a beautiful view. The kitchen has a farmhouse feel with its antique farmhouse sink and butcher block island. There is a lot of space to relax and just be together. A short distance away from the house is a playground for your kids to enjoy themselves on! This house is only used for guests, so it is always professionally cleaned before each guest arrives! For reservations with 6 or 7 guests (or if you would just like to have the space), there is an additional bedroom, bathroom and living space with a 75” smart TV and foosball table in the basement! A $100 fee will be added to your stay. Other things to note For 6-7 guests or if you just want to add it to your stay, the basement can be added and $100 fee will be added to the total cost. The basement contains another bedroom with a queen size bed, full bathroom, living space with a 75” smart tv!
