The house is 1/2 mile from access to The Constitution Trail; 45 miles of paved surface throughout the Normal-Bloomington area; great for walks, biking, dogs 🎉ENTERTAINMENT: The Seasons Room has a large dining table, 2 deep down filled couches, 70" smart tv, sound bar and pac man gaming. This room is temperature controlled for year round use, entertain your guest any time of the year! The backyard is also great for entertaining, plenty of seating, grill, fenced in private yard as well as yard games! 📺 TVs: Total of (6) smart tv's in the house, all streaming Hulu with the sports package 🧺WASHER/DRYER: Guest are welcome to use the washer and dryer as well as detergent/supplies 🛏️ BEDROOMS/SLEEPING: (3)Queen Beds in the house 2 queen beds on the 1st floor, 1 queen bed in the basement (1) Pull out Couch located in the Futon Nuk area; pulls out to a queen bed (2)Futons 1 futon in the basement bonus room, 1 in the storage room (2) Air mattresses 1 queen and 1 twin; plug in, pillow top 🍴KITCHEN: The kitchen is stocked for cooking and dining. Plenty of spices, condiments, Kcups, coffee and tea are available at the house 🛀BATHROOMS: The 1st floor has a tub with shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom in the basement has a shower, toilet and sink. The shower handle in the basement has a detachable handle (good for showering pets and toddlers). Both bathrooms have plush bath towels and stocked with toiletries 🚗PARKING: The long driveway holds approximately 4-5 cars. If extra parking is needed, you can park on the opposite side of the street 🛝PARK: The elementary school is on the same street a few houses down, great park for climbing and swinging - Guest access Guest will have full access to the house. Please use the key code to enter through the front door when checking in Other things to note If traveling with a pet, the pet fee is $100 per pet (max 2 dogs). If pets have accidents or messes, please help yourself to use any of the cleaning supplies in the home. For groups of (8) or more, there is a flat larger group fee of $125 which will be collected a few days before check in.
