This 1930's charmer is situated in the South Hills, a quaint neighborhood of Charleston, West Virginia. Within walking distance are parks, restaurants, coffee and trails for walking or jogging. Less than 5 minutes from downtown as well as major shopping areas, this home is perfectly located for your stay in West Virginia. The space We welcome you to our home away from home. We are fellow Airbnb travelers so have taken great care in making sure you have a comfortable stay. You will feel at home here. Bedroom 1: The blue room has a full size bed and 40" TV antique dresser and plenty of closet space. Sleeps 2. Bedroom 2: The lavender room has a queen size bed with a memory foam topper, antique dresser and side tables, plenty of closet space. Sleeps 2. Bedroom 3: The green room has 2 twin beds with a trundle that can pull out to accommodate up to 3 guests. Large ample closet space. On the main floor you will find our well equipped kitchen, dining room that seats 6, living room with a reading nook and a 58" TV. The basement has a washer and dryer, full size ping pong table, Foosball table, 2 futons and another 58" TV. Please note: Parking is on the street only and on a 1st come basis. At times you may not be able to park directly across from the house, but a spot is usually available within a couple houses up or down the street. This house is NOT handicap accessible . The fireplace is a electric insert. While we do allow pets please be aware that we don't have a fenced yard. Our neighbors on both sides of us have dogs and they may bark at your dog if you are outside. If you are coming with a larger party and need more accommodations we have 2 other houses within walking distance. The basement is set up as a fun entertainment area with a TV, Futons, Ping pong Table and Foosball Table. The main floor is suitable for more formal entertaining/relaxation. Enjoy the electric fireplace on colder days. The bedrooms and bathroom are all upstairs. You can also take in the backyard by making use of the patio set that is there for your enjoyment. Other things to note Parking is on the street only, and there are stairs to get to the front door. This house is not handicap accessible or for anyone with mobility issues. (we offer a 2nd house close by with a flat entrance) Please DO NOT BLOCK any portion of the driveway directly across from our house. The neighbors next door do have a dog that barks occasionally. He is inside sometimes, so you may or may not hear him. When he does bark, it is usually for just a few minutes. If you need an early checkin or late checkout, please request prior to arrival FOR OUR APPROVAL. We will do our best to accommodate, but please understand we need to factor in our bookings and cleaners availability. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. No gatherings/parties allowed. This will be STRICTLY enforced. We have neighbors who will notify us if they see large groups coming and going and unreasonable noise levels. Entire property is a smoke-free zone, including the front and back yard.
