It has a walk in closet and private upgraded bathroom. There is another bedroom on this level that has a queen bed. This bedroom is right next to a bathroom. There are two separate second floors to the house. Walk upstairs from the pool table room and you will enter a large room with a queen and a bunk bed with a full on the top and bottom, a love seat couch and a 42" flat screen TV and its own bathroom. Go through the open doorway in this room and you will enter a room that has a high end queen sized futon bed, and a small kitchenette with a microwave, sink and small fridge. For the other upstairs area, you go up the spiral staircase from the main area and you will enter suite area. The front room has a large separate space. It has a day bed that is two twins, and there is a separate twin bed, a sofa and 47" flat screen TV and foosball table. Open the door to the back room and you will find a queen and a twin bed as well as a bathroom. The house has cable, WIFI, and AC. Hot Tub (6 person) right outside the sliding door from the main living space. Basketball hoop, combination gas/bbq grill. Golf Cart Rentals Available The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, and is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware,, etc. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need to prepare great meals for your family and friends. All the beds have pillows, blankets and mattress pads. All the furnishings are top of the line. The only thing you need to supply is linens, towels and paper products. The house comes with access to Lake Harmony. Lake Harmony is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating (If you want to bring a boat check with owner as it may or may not be permitted), water skiing, etc. You can rent non-motorized boats on the lake and also pay to be taken out to go water skiing, etc. Located less than a 5 minute walk to the Lake and a 10 minute walk to the Beach on the Lake, or a 2 minute drive. Private sandy beach in Lake Harmony includes a lifeguard, a swimming platform, picnic tables and a beach volleyball court. The beach is usually open on weekends starting on Memorial Day and then full time starting around mid June or the summer. .There is also access to a tennis court. House is located 2 miles from Big Boulder, 3 miles from Jack Frost, and 1 mile from the H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock. The home is minutes from numerous activities such as horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf. Nightly rate is generally an add on to a weekend rental. If you want to rent just mid week, the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long. Summer weekly rentals are usually Sunday to Sunday, but less than a week is possible if they usually start or end on a Sunday, but depends on when and how long.
