The space When away from home, it is essential to feel as relaxed as possible and we believe you will be at Palacio de Baja. The living room is equipped with a comfy couch and a large tv with streaming capability with a IP address in the states, so you can stream using your US accounts. The rooms are spacious and the furnishings are comfortable, generous and tasteful. The master bedroom sleeps up to five, with one king size bed, and one bunk with a double on the bottom. The second bedroom sleeps up to four with a queen size bed, and two twin size beds. There is also a comfortable futon in the common area that will sleep 2. The Dining Room has a beautifully handcrafted table and eight chairs. The kitchen island will seat 3. There are two bathrooms with tiled showers, both have recently been completely remodeled. On the patio, relax with a good book on a comfortable lounge chair and bask in the sunlight or sit under the umbrella. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked and overlooks the beach (there is no better way to cook!) It is also equipped with a dishwasher. There is an outdoor fire ring where you can enjoy the clear view of the stars and the city lights of Ensenada in the distance. La Bufadora is a 5-mile drive down the road where you can enjoy beautiful views, shopping and fabulous food. Ensenada is a 20-minute drive north where you can enjoy more fabulous food, shopping, and a visit to the fish market. For a day trip drive the Ruta del Vino, just north of Ensenada on Highway 3. Guest access You will have full access to the house and to the kitchen and games and bedding. You will have access to the storage of boogie boards, stand-up paddleboards, lounge chairs, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. Other things to note If you are wanting to stay in Ensenada, this is not the house for you. If you want a quiet vacation on the beach enjoying warm water and exploring the coast, this is the place for you. There are no "shops" in our neighborhood. It's really a great place to spend time with your family and/or friends and RELAX. It's a quick 5-15 minute drive to some good restaurants nearby. There is no Uber or taxi service in this area. THIS IS NOT A HOUSE FOR PARTIES. Quiet time starts at 9 pm. You will be charged by the hour for noise made past this time. This is a neighborhood with full time residents and we value their friendship. So please, be resepctful. There is room to park one car in the driveway. Other cars must be parked on the street in front of the house.
