A private entrance makes check-in easy and convenient, while offering privacy during your stay. Full kitchen, accessible bathroom, WIFI, and cable provided. Washer/Dryer available upon request. Pool is for registered guests only. Owners on site to assist if needed. The space Although there is no view of the golf course and pool from the unit, there is a back door with a circular staircase that will take you up to the pool deck and gazebo. Pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Living room has a 65" Smart TV and recliner. Bedroom has a 32" wall mounted Smart TV. Guest access The left side of the driveway is for guest parking. The entry keypad is to the left of the garage. The door to the unit is through the garage and is painted yellow. The key to the unit is hanging to the right of the door and the garage door opener is, also, mounted to the right of the door. You will have the entire walkout basement unit. Pool and deck can be accessed outside the back door and up a metal spiral staircase, or guests can walk around the side of the house to reach the backyard. There is no dishwasher and only a mini fridge in the kitchen. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but upon request, guests may use the owners' upstairs. The second bed is a queen sofa bed in the living room. There is no thermostat in this walkout basement apartment, but temperature adjustments can be made by messaging the host. The unit has a walk-in shower in the bathroom but no tub. The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend and is for registered guests only.
